If this is what you celebrate, which is an affront to God, repent  and  turn  to  the  LORD!  Christmas  is  offensive  to  God.  Its effect is it blinds people from HIM and His Truth.  Remember the words of Jesus in Luke 16:15.  It "is  abomination  in  the  sight  of  God".  After any time spent in the Word and in the Faith, it is time to grow beyond this.  I would rather obey God than man  (or  the  commandments  or  tradition  of  a  man).  For your consideration.


Oh, how I wish  professed  Christians would stop perpetrating this fraud in the name of  "Christianity".  It is spurious and it is a shame if you say you are a real follower of Christ, to participate in this paganism.

Unscriptural doctrines are not of faith, and "For  whatsoever  is  not  of  faith  is  sin."  [Romans 14:23].

Judgment  -  What  If  Some  Did  Not  Believe?



     What if some did not believe?  Shall it make the faith of God without effect?  Evil men and seducers are waxing worse and worse.  I believe that it is going to be just as God said.  Just as in the days of Noah ... as in the days of Lot ... time is winding up on this old world.  (See  Genesis 6:6-8, 17-18,  Genesis 7:1, 21-23,  Genesis 19:1, 12-17, 24-29).  God is going to punish evildoers.  There is a judgment coming on this world and God is going to burn up everything.  (See  Isaiah 24:19-20,  Isaiah 51:6,  Job 14:12,  Isaiah 65:17,  Hebrews 10:26-28,  2 Peter 3:10-13,  Revelation 21:1-5).  This earth and its sin is going to dissolve with fervent heat.  Glory to God!  Sin is a reproach to any people (Proverbs 14:34).  I would that you reckon that you are going to have to give account to God for the deeds you have done and for your words spoken.  (See  Ecclesiastes 12:14,  Romans 2:5-11,  John 5:29,  2 Corinthians 5:10,  Matthew 12:36-37)



     Man got away from the purpose of God in the Garden of Eden.  The Eternal Spirit created us to be holy and perfect.  (See  Leviticus 20:7,  Leviticus 20:26,  Romans 12:1-2,  Matthew 5:48,  Deuteronomy 18:13,  Psalms 19:7,  2 Corinthians 7:1).  Jesus Christ, God manifested in the flesh, came to redeem mankind unto himself by the shedding of his own blood on the cross (John 3:16,  1 John 3:16,  Acts 20:28).  Repent and turn to God.  Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.  Save yourselves from this untoward generation.  Cry out to God for mercy and do works meet for repentance (Acts 2:38, 40,  Matthew 3:8,  Acts 26:20).


     The devil, whose name is  Satan  (not  Lucifer),  is a deceiver.  (See  also  1 John 3:8, 9,  Psalms 37:38).  The end fate of the devil and his angels and everyone who disobeys God is they are going to be turned into the fire for a specified, God-determined time and then utterly destroyed by God through that fire.  I am not a proponent of the doctrine of endless torture or eternal conscious torment.  Scripturally, it serves God no purpose.  But God is going to turn up the fire and burn up everything ungodly.  The wages of sin is death, not eternal fire.  God has no pleasure in the death of the sinner.  The soul that sinneth shall surely die. 



     Satan is not in charge of what has been commonly referred to as hell.  The devil has an end fate, final destruction.  The same fate awaits all that are ungodly.  This is all going to happen on earth, in the earth, not a medieval, dark age underworld (See  Proverbs 11:31  and  Job 1:7).  


     Note that the word  ‘forever’  is  eon (also  aeon), meaning an unspecified period of time.  The Hebrew word  olam  (Strong's  #  5769) and its Greek derivative  aion,  aionios,  aionion  (Strong's  #  165  and  166)  means a space of time, belonging to an age, until the end of the age,  not  an unending length of time.  God will never immortalize sinners.  God will never immortalize Satan.  That is a doctrine of devils, but it does not come from the Word of God.  That devilish doctrine comes from Greek mythology.  1 Timothy 6:14-16 tells us in part of “ ... the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ: ... who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords; ... Who  only  hath  immortality, ...”.  The ancient Egyptians also believed in the underworld and the god of the underworld, but God told the children of Israel to be circumspect, make no mention of other gods; after the doings of the land of Egypt, wherein ye dwelt, shall ye not do (Exodus 23:13, 24, 32, 33,  Leviticus 18:3,  Jeremiah 10:2)


     Forever  had an ending in the case of Jonah (Jonah 2:6,  Jonah 1:17), who cried from the belly of hell (the  whale’s  belly)  (Jonah 2:2,  Matthew 12:40).  Both in the cases of the servant and Samuel, forever meant until they died (Exodus 21:6,  1 Samuel 1:22,  1 Samuel 25:1,  1 Samuel 28:3)No,  Dante Alighieri’s  hell  does not last forever (forever,  as  we  know  it  -  in  terms  of  endlessly).  The devil shall be burned  forever  and  ever  until he’s all gone.  The fire is  unquenchable,  meaning the fire is not quenched (non-extinguishable) until it has done its job (See  Revelation 20:10,  the  devil’s  fate,  along  with  death  and  hell).  Malachi 4:3 says, “And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts.”  Hell  is an old English word mistranslated from Hebrew  (Old  Testament)  and Greek  (New  Testament)  into the English language.  Thirty one (31) times in the King James Version Old Testament  hell  is translated from  sheol.  In the King James Version New Testament, twelve (12) times  hell  is translated from  gehenna,  ten (10) times  hell  is translated from  hades,  and one (1) time  hell  is translated from  tarturus.  Out of the fifty four (54) times these four (4) original words were translated thus, they generally meant  grave.  In the Old Testament, the Hebrew word  sheol  means grave.  In the New Testament, the Greek word  hades  means the grave and sometimes a place of punishment.  Jesus used the Greek word  Gehenna  to refer to The Valley of Hinnom, a very steep ravine southwest of Jerusalem.  Here they burned garbage, the carcasses of unclean animals and even cadavers of executed criminals were thrown into Gehenna fire.  Note what Jesus said,  Where  their  worm  dieth  not,  and  the  fire  is  not  quenched  (Mark 9:44, 46, 48).  Understand that if their bodies ended up being thrown directly into the fire, then they were consumed by that fire.  However, if their bodies landed on a ledge or steep ravine, their putrefying bodies were then infested with maggots or worms, which consumed all the flesh parts - leaving only skeletal remains.  Their worm died not and the fire quenched not until all the refuse matter had consumed away (Mark 9:43-48).  It was the city dump.  


     Strong’s Greek  #  G4663: skolex (pronounced sko'-lakes); Word: skwlhx; Origin: of uncertain derivation; a grub, maggot or earth-worm: -- worm.  Strong’s Hebrew: H7415 (rimnah)  /  H8438 (towla) define as: a worm, specifically that kind which preys upon dead bodies.  The last word used one (1) time in the New Testament is  tarturus,  meaning  place  of  darkness



     Sinner man, Mr. Worldly Wise, what shall it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul?  Ms. Know It All, Mrs. Deceived, what are you going to do when Jesus comes to take vengeance on this old world?  There is a fire kindled by God Himself and unless you repent according to  Acts 2:38,  He is going to cut you off by fire without mercy!  (See  Deuteronomy 32:22,  Romans 11:22,  Hebrews 10:26-28,  James 4:12).  For our God is a consuming fire (Deuteronomy 4:24,  Deuteronomy 9:3,  Hebrews 12:29).  Alright, there you have it.  The earth is going to be burnt up.  Fire also purifies.  The Lord is going to set the whole earth on fire.  Then there will be new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwells righteousness.  Old John saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.  John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, and God dwelling with His people (Revelation 21:1-7)



     Dear reader, God’s only plan of salvation for you is that you repent of your sins,  get  baptized  in  water  in  the  name  of  the  Lord  Jesus  Christ  for the remission (removal) of your sins and get the Holy Ghost, do works meet for repentance and you live a holy, sanctified life.  Without this, you are lost.  This  is  the  Gospel.  I present, you investigate.  If you heed my counsel, it’ll do you good.  Consider what I say.  You must answer to your Creator, now or later.  Obey  Acts  2:38.

"Lucifer Is Not The Name Of The Devil" by Pastor Peter Thomas

Lucifer  Is  Not  The  Name  Of  The  Devil

          Isaiah 14:12, in its original context should read, “How art thou fallen from heaven, O howl  (not  Lucifer), son of the morning! [how] art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!”  Note a New Testament comparison from the Lord himself.  Jesus said, And  thou,  Capernaum,  which  art  exalted  to  heaven,  shalt  be  thrust  down  to  hell (Luke 10:15)(See  Luke 10:13-15).  Isaiah chapter 14 is addressed to the king of Babylon, not the devil (See  Isaiah 14:4,  read  on).  Neither is Ezekiel chapter 28 addressed to the devil (See  Ezekiel 28:1-2, 12)

          Sometimes words are translated in the King James Version with the first letter capitalized, but in the original Hebrew language they were in common letters (lower case lettering).  Example, Eden the garden of God in Ezekiel 28:13.  The Hebrew word used ay’-den [eden] is Strong’s # H5731, the same root word as Strong’s # H5730 (meaning  pleasure) used in Genesis 28:12 when Sarah laughed at the promise of a child.  Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure (eden), my lord being old also (Genesis 28:12)?  So the word eden is the same as  `eden  (Strong’s # H5731) (masculine); Eden, the region of Adam’s home:--Eden, or (feminine) aednah {ed-naw'}; from  `adan  (Strong’s # H5727); pleasure:--delicate, delight, pleasure.  The garden eastward of Eden is the same root word applied (Strong’s # H5731).  One other scripture (2 Chronicles 29:12), Eden was the name of a Gershonite Levite, son of Joah, under the reign of king Hezekiah of Judah.  The original root word ay’-den again is the same, Strong’s # H5731. 

          Ezekiel 28:12 says, “Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.”  Why did God refer to the  king  of  Tyrus  (not  the  devil)  as perfect?  The answer is in Ezekiel 27:2-3, which reads, “Now, thou son of man, take up a lamentation for Tyrus; And say unto Tyrus, O thou that art situate at the entry of the sea, which art a merchant of the people for many isles, Thus saith the Lord GOD; O  Tyrusthou  hast  saidI  am  of  perfect  beauty.”  Compare what Jesus said in Luke 10:14-15, But  it  shall  be  more  tolerable  for  Tyre  and  Sidon  at  the  judgment,  than  for  you.  And  thou,  Capernaum,  which  art  exalted  to  heaven,  shalt  be  thrust  down  to  hell  (properly, unseen, in example:  hades  or the place (state) of departed souls:--grave, hell)”. 

          Lucifer  is a Latin Vulgate word, not a name.  The word ‘lucifer’ is not a Hebrew word.  Neither is it an English translation of a Hebrew word.  Lucifer (lu’sif-ur) {1} Title applied to the king of Babylon.  Note Strong’s # H1966,  heylel  (also  eill), from Strong’s # H1984 [halal] (in the sense of brightness); the morning-star:--Lucifer.  Eill  is a verb which means  ‘howl’.  It never should have been erroneously translated as a personal noun name (lucifer), nor should lucifer be capitalized.  

          Let no man deceive you (1 John 3:7).  For the devil sinneth from the beginning (1 John 3:8).  Satan is  not  an angel of light and never was light.  Satan is a counterfeit and was evil from the beginning.  And no marvel; for Satan himself is  transformed  into an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14).  We cannot just accept at face value that the English language (past  or  present) will do justice in delivering the true sense of a Hebrew or Greek word, as found in the original manuscripts.  Let us give due diligence to  prove  all  things  (1 Thessalonians 5:21).  The Bereans “were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and  searched  the  scriptures  daily,  whether  those  things  were  so”  (Acts 17:11)

          The  name  of  the  devil  is  Satan.  (See  Job 1:6-9, 12,  Job 2:1-4, 6-7,  Psalms 109:6,  1 Chronicles 21:1,  Zechariah 3:1-2,  Matthew 4:10,  Matthew 12:26,  Mark 3:23, 26,  Mark 8:23,  Luke 10:18,  Luke 13:16,  Luke 22:3, 31,  John 13:27,  Acts 5:3,  Acts 26:18,  Romans 16:20,  1 Corinthians 5:5,  1 Corinthians 7:5,  2 Corinthians 2:11,  2 Corinthians 11:14,  2 Corinthians 12:7,  1 Thessalonians 2:18,  2 Thessalonians 2:9,  1 Timothy 1:20,  1 Timothy 5:15,  Revelation 2:9, 13, 24,  Revelation 3:9,  Revelation 12:9,  Revelation 20:2, 7).  Although there are quite a few adjectives to describe the devil, throughout Scriptures the devil is called  Satan  by name.  It is not beneficial to rehearse the traditions of men or to duplicate errors.  Especially since the Word of God is sufficient to stand on. 

          Consider these passages in your Bible:

Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you (Deuteronomy 4:2).

Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar (Proverbs 30:6).

For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: (Revelation 22:18).

And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book (Revelation 22:19). 

          Let no man deceive you with vain words (Ephesians 5:6): Let no man deceive you by any means (2 Thessalonians 2:3).  Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it (Psalms 119:140).  Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever (Psalms 119:160).

"Law versus Grace" by Pastor Peter Thomas


Law  versus  Grace


Praise the Lord, Dear Reader.  Pursuant to conversations about law versus grace, this will help the honest heart.  Grace in the New Testament does not abolish God's laws.  Our calling is based on grace.  God's law was not abolished by Jesus Christ's sacrifice.  While most want freedom to sin, the law stands in the way of them and sin.  They just cannot get away from the law.  Therefore, people would love for it to be abolished, so they can live freely and sin. 

Romans 7:7
What shall we say then?  Is the law sin?  God forbid.  Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet. 

Romans 8:2
For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

We (who are in Christ) are not under the curse of the law.  For (2 Corinthians 5:17) we are a new creature.  The  WORKS  OF  THE  LAW  are  SUMMARIZED  in Hebrews 9:10 and Galatians 2:16 below. 

Hebrews 9:10
Which stood only in meats and drinks, and divers washings, and carnal ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation. 

Galatians 2:16
Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

So when people bring up that we are not under the curse of the law (the works of the law) in Galatians 3:10, those works of the law are sacrificial ritualistic practices, along with carnal ordinances summarized above in Hebrews 9:10 and Galatians 2:16.  Note the verse carnal people try to use to sin: Galatians 3:10 (See below). 

Galatians 3:10
For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.

Again, we (who are in Christ) are not under the curse of the law.  Not everybody anyway who goes to church are in Christ.  We are not under the curse of the law (the work of the law) described above.  Note Galatians 3:13 below.

Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

There is a difference between the Law of God and the law of Moses (aka the Levitical rituals or works of the law).  These laws are in Exodus chapters 21 through 23, also in Leviticus.  Further, the Ten Commandments were not part of the law of Moses.  Civil laws (ordinances,  statutes,  precepts,  judgments) and sacrifices were established on God's Commandments, the central part of God's law.  The Old Covenant came out of God's Law (The 10 Commandments are God's spiritual laws). 

A few other scriptures for your consideration:

Romans 7:12
Wherefore  THE  LAW  IS  HOLY,  AND  THE  COMMANDMENT  HOLY,  and  just,  and  GOOD.  

1 John 5:3
For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
Matthew 19:17
And he said unto him,
Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments
Grace  is  not  a  license  to  do  whatever  you  please. 

Graceunmerited  pardon  of  past  sins  and  forgiveness  upon  genuine repentance; divine mercy and forgiveness  ---

If one say that they are under grace, it means God has extended divine mercy and forgiveness after true repentance.  Grace is not a license to disobey God's law.  God forbid.

Galatians 5:18
But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

Yes, I live by the law.  THE  LAW  OF  THE  SPIRIT.  Again, Romans 8:2  - "For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death".  Therefore, they cannot tell me anything about "we are not under the law", when they are not even in Christ Jesus.  If you are in Christ Jesus and you fight the law so you can sin and live like the world, you are condemned.  Don't take my word for it.  Let's see what Jesus had to say in John 3:19. 

John 3:19

And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

Being  "under  the  law"  means  under  the  penalty  of  the  law.   
Again, Galatians 5:18 - But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. 

Anything that was  abomination  to God in the Old Testament is  abomination  unto the Lord in the New Testament.  One such example is the stipulation in Deuteronomy 22:5, regarding the differentiation of women's clothing from men's clothing.  WOMEN  SHOULD  NOT  WEAR  TROUSERS  (PANTS).  Vice versa, neither should a man put on a dress, skirt, or anything that pertains to the female.   ALL  THAT  DO  SO  ARE  ON  THEIR  WAY  TO  HELLFIRE !!!

Deuteronomy 22:5
The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.
Acts 2:38
Then  Peter  said  unto  them,  Repent,  and  be  baptized  every  one  of  you  in  the  name  of  Jesus  Christ  for  the  remission  of  sins,  and  ye  shall  receive  the  gift  of  the  Holy  Ghost.   

At that time when one repents, receives baptism and conversion, then he or she is forgiven by the blood of Christ and saved immediately from past sins.  ( See  Ephesians  1:7  below ). 

Hebrews 9:15-22
15 - And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance. 
16 - For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator. 
17 - For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth. 
18 - Whereupon neither the first testament was dedicated without blood. 
19 - For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people,
20 - Saying, This is the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you. 
21 - Moreover he sprinkled with blood both the tabernacle, and all the vessels of the ministry. 
22 - And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission. 

Ephesians 1:7
In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; 

For by grace you are saved through the faith of Christ.  Note Ephesians 2:8-9 and Galatians 2:20.  

Ephesians 2:8-9
8 - For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 - Not of works, lest any man should boast. 

Galatians 2:20
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
Live  under  GRACE  through  FAITH,  followed  by  WORKS. 

Matthew 3:8
Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance: 

Acts 26:20
But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance. 

Jonah 3:10
And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not. 


Jude 3-4
3 - Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should  earnestly  contend  for  the  faith  which was once delivered unto the saints.

4 - For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men,  turning  the  grace  of  our  God  into  lasciviousness,  and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

Lasciviousness - inclined to lustfulness; wanton; lewd: license to sin ---

Wanton - sexually lawless or unrestrained; loose; lascivious; lewd ---


Most people that oppose the law are not coming with a clean heart.  The Law and the Spirit are against them any way you look at it.  There is no license to sin, whether under law or grace.
